Overview:

We are looking for a talented Buyer to join our international and growing team. This individual must have a commitment to creating an excellent and efficient experience for our customers by setting and maintaining effective purchases.

This position involves: commercial & contractual negotiations, swift and efficient decision-making, assisting employees, and getting into the details for a perfect logistic delivery.

Description: the Buyer will be responsible for the management of a large portfolio of Brands / Suppliers in Flanders, Netherlands and some from other regions. The Buyer will report to the Buying Manager.

Responsibilities will include to:

Lead the negotiations with Brands / Suppliers (mainly active in Textile / Accessories)
Manage the Sales Planning with the Buying Manager
Follow with Back Office for Payment / Delivery of the Goods
Establish a Blacklisting
Meeting new (local or international) brands by being present in Fairs or by making appointments
Manage relationship with suppliers

Skills and Experience Required:

1-2 years of Sales / buying experience
Experience in the retail industry or e-commerce
Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
Commercially and Results-oriented
Negotiation skills
Persuasive / Perseverance
Affinity with the sector (Textile / Accessories) is an asset
Languages: NL – EN. Any other European language is welcome

Je werkt zelfstandig en bent flexibel. Je onderhoudt goede relaties en gaat diplomatisch om met vragen van klanten. 

• Informatica : je beheert vlot Excel en bent vertrouwd met informatica in het algemeen. 

• Je beheert perfect het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als geschreven. Kennis van andere talen (Frans, Engels) is een pluspunt.

Je werkt met onze back office tool om de dagelijkse administratie die de online verkoopsite met zich meebrengt op te volgen.

• Je helpt bij het online plaatsen van de producten.

• Je helpt bij de controle op de voorraden.

PROFIEL

• Je bent student(e) van een administratieve opleiding. 

• Je hebt bijzondere interesse voor het Internet gebeuren.

• Je beheert Office.

• Nederlands is je moedertaal. Een goede kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.

• Je bent niet bang van een start-up omgeving en houdt van een uitdaging.

Je werkt samen met de grafisch ontwerper, de marketing afdeling en aankoop:

• Je realiseert de virtuele verkoopruimte

• Je creëert de gewenste look, sfeer en thematiek.

• Je ontwikkelt en vestuurt nieuwsbrieven binnen de vooropgestelde thematiek. 

• Je ontwerpt banners.

• Je bereidt fotoshoots voor en werkt foto’s bij.

• Je actualiseert regelmatig het grafische aspect van de site.

Technische kennis : 

Je genoot van een web design opleiding en bent vertrouwd 

met de meeste van deze software : 

• Photoshop

• Dreamweaver 

• After-Effect is een pluspunt

Onder de begeleiding van onze SALES MANAGER

• Je gaat op zoek naar leveranciers om online verkoop mogelijk te maken.

• Je optimaliseert aankopen in functie van kostprijs, rendabiliteit, kwaliteit en volume.

• Je helpt bij het online plaatsen van de producten : je stelt voor elke verkoop een briefing op voor de grafisch medewerkers

• Je volgt de concurrentie nauwgezet.

• Je analyseert verkoopsstatistieken.

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de administratie en het opvolgen van online verkoop.

• Je onderhandelt contracten en bepaalt verkoopprijzen.
